Come share your passion with us\. **About the Business Line**  **Government** AECOM’s Global Support Services \(GSS\) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs\. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere\. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world\. GSS supports the U\.S\. Government, non\-U\.S\. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support\. **Job Summary** + Assist the client with tracking and maintaining accountable property and vehicle records\. Assist with providing information to the client so that their annual dollar value report and consolidated table of vehicular allowance can be reported to Congress in a timely fashion\. + Coordinate with various client Stakeholders on all logistics tasks from the Client\. + Prepare and submit requests for supplies, services and equipment in applicable client databases\. Maintain files, logs, invoice records, purchase orders, and other related documentation\. + Assist with maintenance of the client furnished equipment listing\. + Assist with the client annual physical inventory process\. Will assist or conduct physical inventories on any commodity when requested\. + Assist with the posting of transitions to client property databases and supporting transaction files\. Ensure transactions meet compliance requirements and meet client regulatory guidelines\. + Receive incoming materials, parts, supplies, and equipment\. Assist the client in the shipment acceptance process\. + Assist with the review and record daily monthly records of issues and products, and operating supplies\. + Prepare shipments to CONUS and OCONUS + Provide assistance with in\-house warehouse operations to include property run\-in items, tracking of inventory, and with ordering warehouse supplies\. + Arrange for movement of material on behalf of compound tenants of client\. + Provide assistance in the Motor Pool, Loading Dock, and Mail and Courier activity as directed by the Logistics Lead\. Candidate will take direction on daily tasks from the Logistics Lead or other Logistics Enterprise Leads \(motor pool, supply room, mail and courier, and loading dock\) as designated by the Logistics Lead\. Further, as requirements warrant, the Journeyman Level Logistics Operations Officer will provide assistance on an intermittent basis in the Customer Service and Security business areas\. The Logistics Lead will designate all Lead personnel in writing\. + Serve as a deployed Logistics at any Client external facility as the direction of the Logistics Lead\. + Responsible for processing requisitions, conducting receiving, processing invoice payments, and supporting all other programs service areas utilizing the AECOM One Source enterprise system\. + Will serve any scheduled work tour of duty as designed by the Logistics Lead\. + Top Secret to include polygraph **Minimum Requirements** + Minimum of one year \(1\) year recent logistical experience\. + Possess all requisite state/federal driving licenses + Provide motor vehicle records for the last three years\. There is a requirement for the Journeyman Logistics Officer to operate a client owned or leased vehicle\. The client reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke driving privileges due to an unacceptable driving record or safety risk\. + Must be able to lift 70 lbs\. + Candidate must have basic computer skills \(MS Word and Lotus Notes\)\. Note: Candidate will be given access to the client internal LAN system for the normal day to day tasks\.
