•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business, or related field of study or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Experience:
•This is entry level position that does require 2 years experience in equipment management, computer programming, accounting and/or construction equipment.
•Previous experience administrating preventative maintenance schedules for mobile construction equipment.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
•Some experience with computerized Material Management Systems.
Preferred Requirements:
•Previous experience in work order entry and updates utilizing computerized ERP systems.

Level Specific Responsibilities:
•Under general direction and reporting to the Equipment Administration Director, is responsible for the development and maintenance of operating equipment records, including the design and implementation of equipment management systems.
•Working knowledge of major construction equipment is desirable; and if responsible for computer programming, should have proficiency in at least one language.
•Follows established procedures.
•Work is reviewed for soundness of technical judgment and overall accuracy.
