**Job Summary** The Mid\-Atlantic Area of AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented **Oil & Gas Practice Leader** to expand our business in West Virginia\. The appropriately qualified applicant shall demonstrate an established career in the oil and gas industry\. The major responsibilities of this position include developing excellent customer relationships within our existing client base, developing new task orders, interacting with local trade organizations, refining strategic business plans, hiring supporting staff and maintaining a safe work environment\. The objectives of the position are to expand our Morgantown, West Virginia office staff and grow our book of business in environmental support services, engineering design and PM/CM efforts\. The candidate will integrate the engineering capabilities of a geographically distributed team to leverage the skills and capabilities of the larger AECOM organization\.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Develops new Oil &Gas opportunities within AECOM’s existing client base
+ Attracts and retains talented engineering and environmental support staff
+ Develops Oil & Gas contract backlog
+ Manages and executes programs to maintain close customer interactions
+ Maintains and promotes a culture of quality and safety
+ Organizes business planning activities and communicates effectively with AECOM O&G Business Line Leaders
**Minimum Requirements**
+ BS in relevant field related to Oil & Gas
+ PE
+ 10\+ years of related experience
+ Knowledge and experience serving Oil & Gas clients in unconventional gas, midstream markets
+ Environmental \(State and Federal permitting, mitigation for impacts, delineation, GIS\)
+ Engineering/Design \(Civil, Geotechnical, Process Engineering, Pipelines, Compressor Stations, M&R Facilities, Gathering Lines\)
+ Procurement \(Bid Packages, Change Order Management, On\-site source inspection, Scheduling\)
