**Job Summary**
+ Detail Design of HVAC system, Cooling load and Ventilation, U value calculations, Fan ESP and Pump head calculations, Duct and piping network, Smoke management system\.
+ Design activities related to Plumbing and Firefighting system such as Daily usage requirement, Sizing of Pumps and RO system, Water tank sizing, Sump sizing, riser diagrams, combined sprinkler and hydrant system\.
+ Equipment selection for above services such as Pumps, RO Plant, CO2 flooding & Inergen Gas suppression, Fans, AHUs and Chillers\.
+ responsible for the implementation of complete ECS,TVS and BMS systems in project from concept to commissioning stage including operation and maintenance related activities\.
+ Conceptual to Detail design coordination with international consultants \(MTR\), architects & contractors for TVS & HVAC systems including SES & CFD simulations\.
+ Pressure Transient measurements and abatement solutions\.
+ Preparation of Tender documents and technical/commercial evaluation of bids\.
+ Design activities related to TVS system such as SES simulation, Fan selection, and Pressure drop calculations, Acoustic criteria, Nozzle, Cable Selection, Motor Control Centre and Control System design and Mode Tables formation\.
+ Checking the SES and CFD modelling and reports for input parameters and verification\.
+ Design activities related to HVAC such as Cooling load and Ventilation, Psychrometrics, Pressure drop and Head calculation, Fan and pump selection, Ducting & Piping sizing and Pneumatic System\.
+ Design related to BMS system such as PLC based SCADA Architecture, Software and hardware design specs, I/O Points, Soft data exchange, HMI Screens, Interlocking and alarm summary, V\-cycle software development\.
+ Equipment selection for above systems such as Fans, AHUs, sound attenuators, pumps, chillers, cooling towers motor control center and other MEP and Control system components
Job Location\- Mumbai
**Minimum Requirements**
+ 10\-15 Years of experience with minimum 3 years in Underground metros
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ BTech\- Mechanical/ Electrical
