Job Description: AECOM is seeking a Program Manager for our Ft Meade, MD office.
Position Description:
Perform technical and functional activities required to evaluate productivity and management methods such as quality assurance, process/status reports, budgetary status reports, executive summaries, and program management reviews to include preparing charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.
Provide overall management of specific task order(s) and ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order(s) are implemented in a timely manner.
Duties Include:
• Shall be responsible for overall contract performance: cost, schedule, quality metrics
• Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned tasks and the single point of contact for those tasks.
• Develop requirements documentations.
• Maintain and update project plans for related tasks.
• Manage Support Enterprise IT management functional leads including program and project management
• Assist the government to oversee and coordinate all aspects of projects, being responsible for the entire lifecycle, from initiating, planning, monitoring and controlling, executing and closing
• Assist in the planning, control and direction of staff and support personnel.
• Provide program financial and budgetary information to management.
• Initiating requires development of charter/stakeholder lists and planning requires development of work breakdown structures.
Coordinate preparation of reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information.
• Prepare presentation materials for management reports.
• Develop performance metrics to accurately assess and evaluate enterprise IT services.
• Employ knowledge management principles and best practices; Integrate knowledge management solutions into work processes
• The candidate will be responsible for business development and strategic planning for growing new business using strong customer and subcontractor relationships.
