**Job Summary** AECOM are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Manager to lead the technical design review team working on a large hotel project based in Qatar
Duties and responsibilities:
• Create and implement a standardized design review process and format\. Develop reference materials, both electronic and hardcopy manuals, for design review processes\.
• Coordinate with staff from various project delivery teams on design review requirements
• Provide support to project delivery teams\.
• Oversee and coordinate schedules for the implementation of design reviews\.
• Assist in and support design review teams\.
• Continuously improve the design review process\.
• Coordinate discipline design reviews\.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary design reviews\.
• Coordinate with IT CADD and document control to maintain the flow of information\.
• Ensure that comments and resolved and back checked\.
• Implement and follow program quality assurance procedures\.
**Minimum Requirements** Candidates must hold a minimum of 20 years experience, with 10 years in a supervisory position on mixed use developments and has good knowledge of QCS \(Qatar Construction Standards\)\.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Candidates must hold a Civil/ Structural Engineering Bachelors degree\.
