More information on AECOM and its services can be found at www\.aecom\.com\. **About the Business Line** **Water** We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design\-build\. **Job Summary** AECOM's Sacramento office provides professional services for various types of facilities\. The wastewater practice incorporates all aspects of wastewater treatment facility projects ranging from architectural planning and design; mechanical, electrical and plumbing \(MEP\) engineering design; and small design\-build project construction\. The incumbent can look forward to an opportunity that will include helping to develop the A\-E Department BIM strategy and approach, help plan the deployment and management of BIM software for the whole team, and present BIM solutions to clients\. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below: + Lead generation of 3D virtual building data during the life cycle of a design and construction projects, particularly in process mechanical equipment and piping + Lead project team to define BIM processes and BIM goals for design and construction projects + Develop modeling protocols and standards for use by design professionals + Assist in developing and managing the Best Practices + Develop training programs and local resources for BIM implementation in a growing environment **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline + 7\+ years' of related experience working in a Lead BIM role across multiple disciplines + Experience in 3D modeling, quantity take\-offs, drawing production and associated workflows + Proficiency with BIM Authoring and Analysis tools such as AutoCAD, Autodesk NavisWorks and Revit, SketchUp, Tekla Structures, and Synchro and proficiency with BIM Field Applications like Autodesk BIM 360 Glue and Field, Plan Grid and Bluebeam or equivalent tools + Experience with process mechanical piping and equipment layouts and design + Education or experience with green construction techniques and/or use of sustainable materials in construction + Experience with design and/or construction of multiple facility types, to include Public and Private Sector facilities **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's Degree **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
