**Job Summary** We are currently recruiting for an experience HR Operations Manager to join our busy, high performing team\.
This role reports into the Head of HR Operations and is a member of the HR Operation’s management team\. Location is flexible with over 50 offices across the UK&I \- some locations could include Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, St Albans, Basingstoke and Exeter\.
The primary focus of this role is the leadership of the regional HR operations team who focus on the provision of generalist HR support across our network of offices covering the UK and Ireland\. The majority of your time will be spent coaching, supporting and developing the team of 9 regional HR managers ensuring the highest levels of consistent service are provided across the business\.
In addition, you will ensure that effective and legally compliant employee relations processes are developed, implemented, monitored and evaluated to enable fair and consistent practice across the business\. Along with your team, you will be accountable for ensuring all HR policies \(current and new\) are in line with changing business needs whilst meeting legislative and best practice guidelines, including driving appropriate communication of these across the business\. As a trusted senior internal advisor to our business, you will also take responsibility in serious matters such as escalated risks, senior case management and tribunals\.
Another key activity will be developing and managing HR projects in varying size and scope working collaboratively with the CoEs and your HR Business Partner colleagues\.

**Minimum Requirements** • Proven leadership of a regionally based HR team
• Previous experience of the provision of commercially focused employee relations advice, ideally within a professional services environment
• Demonstrable experience of managing a range of projects
• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills, tracking progress and success against appropriate metrics
• Sound understanding of UK employment legislation
• Previous management and defence at Employment Tribunal
• Strong TUPE experience \(both into and out of organization\)
• Experience of developing and implementing measurable people focused initiatives/strategies across a multi\-site environment
• Well\-developed influencing ability \(at all levels\)
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent attention to detail
• A passion for people and customer focused
**Preferred Qualifications** • Ideally degree educated or equivalent in a relevant subject such as HR Management, Psychology or Law
• CIPD qualification
