**Job Summary** We are currently recruiting for the Head of Continuous Improvement \(CI\) for our well established Finance teams in either St Albans or Basingstoke\.
The Head of CI reports to the Global Business Services Director for the EMEAI region and is an active member of the Global Business Services \(GBS\) leadership team\. The primary responsibility of the CI manager is to create value for the Organisation as the key change facilitator for system and process improvements\. Benchmarking with industry leaders, this role should identify best practices and introduce them to GBS operations and drive/manage the change necessary for adoption\. This role is also responsible for developing and producing metrics and KPIs for all towers, leads the six sigma initiative and serves as the primary liaison with IT/AIMS and global business units for prioritising system requests\.
As the Head of Continuous Improvement your key responsibilities will include the following:
• Lead, implement, and support the continuous/process improvement initiatives for EMEAI GBS\.
• Benchmark and adopt new continuous improvement ideas and methods appropriate for AECOM GBS\.
• Develop others in the organisation on continuous improvement tools and methodologies \(six sigma, kaizen, PMP\)\.
• Identify continuous improvement projects consistent with AECOM goals and strategies and ensures projects are properly defined, sponsored, and justified\. Ensure measurable cost reduction that is sustained\.
• Uses appropriate metrics to manage and track continuous improvement goals, progress, and results\.
• Drives "As\-is” and “Future State” analysis to identify process improvement through exemplary process design/improvement/management skills using proven best practice techniques such as Lean Six Sigma or equivalent\.
• Develops processes and procedures that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of GBS processes\.
• Collaborates with business managers and end users to define business requirements of proposed enhancements to existing processes, system changes or customer experience enhancements\.
• Prioritizes process improvement projects based upon business case analysis, including financial measurement\.
• Use of data analytics, metrics, and reporting tools to determine issue areas a proactive approach to process improvement and customer experience\.
• Lead special projects and other assignments as needed to drive GBS strategy and goals\.
• Manage and lead EMEAI GBS change management and training requirements\.

• Ability to think strategically and to adapt to rapidly changing priorities\.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, technical reporting, and business systems\.
**Preferred Qualifications** • Degree educated or equivalent in a related discipline\.
• Relevant professional membership or further qualifications would be beneficial\.
• Lean Six Sigma experience required\.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required\.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred\.
