**About the Business Line** **Program, Cost, Consultancy**
We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public\- and private\-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States\.
**Job Summary** This role is an Associate level role and will be part of the Performance Improvement team leading the delivery of diverse projects to a range of clients\.
Managing the OD function and working alongside the team, you will be responsible for developing client relationships and working on an individual basis, as a member or leading a project team\. Project roles may involve development of operational strategy, analysis of business requirements, and design of solution concepts and management of implementation – in relation to organisational development, with an emphasis on change management and transformation within organisations\.
The candidate will be expected to play a leading role in projects across the business– as standalone consultancy assignments and as part of a wider AECOM service offering\.
Understands & complies with the AECOM Safety, Health & Environment \(SH&E\) policy; taking reasonable care for own health and safety\. Participating in meetings, training and other SH&E activities as required\.

+ Stakeholder engagement & communications plans;
+ Behavioural change and assessment;
+ Training design and delivery;
+ Organisation Design
+ Culture Change strategy
+ Learning and Development strategy and interventions \(e\.g\. Leadership Programmes\)

Project work may take place across a range of sectors – science & innovation, commercial developments, media and rail etc\.
The individual will be accountable for managing a team and must be able to build and develop trust and respect of external clients and suppliers, and others within the AECOM organisation, as a technically competent member / leader of project teams\.
Will be able to deliver OD strategy, tools and techniques with confidence including workshops and assessments\.
Will be able to communicate confidently and effectively in written and spoken form in formal and informal working environments\.

**Preferred Qualifications** Chartered or Degree in Occupational/Psychology or Organisational Development or Learning and Development
Experience is likely to have been gained in one or more of the following environments:
+ Organisational Development
+ Human resources/L&D or management consultancy
+ Change management / project management role within Supply chain user / enabler organisation\.
