**Job Summary** AECOM is seeking a **Project Controls Engineer I** for the New York, New York office location\.
Responsibilities include:
+ frequent travel to the project site and will transition to the site location as project progresses
+ develop overall Master Schedule for the Program
+ review and analysis of Contractor’s Critical Path Method \(CPM\) Progress Schedules along with recommendations on the avoidance, minimization and mitigation of construction phase delays
+ assist in review and analysis of Contractor’s requests for contract Time Extensions
+ assist Client in the defense of contract time\-related disputes and/or claims
+ conduct periodic construction project site visits to monitor project progress and assure progress schedule integrity, and participate in regular progress schedule meetings as required
+ assist in developing or reviewing Suggested Preliminary Construction Schedules during the final design stage based on the available plans, specifications and estimate
+ perform earned value analysis and financial forecasting
+ assist the Supervisor of Scheduling, as well the Department Manager of Project Controls in special projects as necessary
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelors Degree in Engineering
+ 5\+ years experience in review and analysis of Contractor’s CPM schedule submissions using Oracle Primavera P6 software
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience on Water Projects preferred
+ Certified Primavera Training Course 102 preferred
