**Job Summary** The AECOM 2016 Graduate Intake Programme application process has begun\. The AECOM Graduate Intake is a two\-year Programme that will provide the successful candidates with On\-job training and experience in Building Engineering Services\.
The Programme is open to students who are completing their studies at the end of 2015\.

**Job Summary**
Successful candidates will be working across the business assisting engineering and project management teams to deliver on multi\-disciplinary projects\.
+ Identify and propose on small tenders \(and other business\) opportunities, participate in and support, tender analysis, assist in compiling and submitting tenders timely to ensure maximisation of tender opportunities\.
+ Assist in compilation of tender documents and/or presentations as instructed\.
+ Develop, establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure client retention and overall satisfaction\.
+ Support operations management and maintenance after project completion to ensure professional project close out\.
+ Participate in project management of small projects to support project manager and team in achievement of deadlines and budgets\.
+ Compile, collate, supply, participate in, and prepare studies, technical reports, plans, products, drawing, designs, systems, specifications and/or concept\.

**Minimum Requirements**
+ Less than 12 months post\-graduation work experience\.
+ Grade point average of 65% or higher
+ Willing to relocate within South Africa – candidates may be placed in other regions

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ BEng / BSc Engineering\.
