Position Description: The successful candidate will develop and coordinate assigned organizational technical and non-technical training as assigned to all levels of WIPP personnel. Identify training needs and objectives. Organize course materials and prepare and conduct assigned courses. Develop criteria to determine effectiveness of training activities. Update, as required, and administer qualification programs. Assist in addressing WIPP Forms associated with Training.
