Minimum Requirements: Qualified candidates must possess the following:
• High school diploma or equivalent training/experience with five years of related experience.
• Must be detail-oriented with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to create pivot tables and graphs is a must.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a highly confidential, highly demanding fast paced environment.
• Ability to think and act independently and strategically with an emphasis on proactive ideas for improving performance, procedures, and protocols.
• Ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
• Familiarity with resume management technology tools.
• Ability to quickly learn and use company systems.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and help out where needed
• Position may require travel.
• Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance as it relates to recruitment/hiring practices
• Prior experience working within an HR/Recruiting department
• Previous experience with Kenexa /Brass Ring
• Customer service oriented.
Job Description: AECOM has an opportunity for a Recruiting Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia!
The Recruiting Analyst is responsible for consistently delivering quality customer service and administrative support to the Recruiting and HR Teams. The selected candidate will use their business acumen and analytical skills to provide top customer service and to handle sensitive, confidential information properly. They will need to remain flexible and organized while multi-tasking in this fast-paced environment. They will work with cross-functional departments to meet the day to day business demands.This position is ideal for a candidate with the long-term goal of providing integral administrative support and contributing to an HR organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Prepare job postings ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Create and maintain weekly and ad hoc HR and Recruiting reports in Excel
• Designs and schedules standardized or ad hoc reports in the applicant tracking system
• Assists Recruiting and HR teams with requests for data as needed
• Serves as the primary interface between the user community and systems team to ensure understanding and usage of ATS applications are aligned.
• Troubleshoots, analyzes and escalates problems as needed to ensure resolution of issues
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to assist in developing recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
• Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
