More information on AECOM and its services can be found at www.aecom.com Position Description: • Oversees the day-to-day operations of Human Resources Administrators, Associates and Representatives. • Implements and coordinates policies and programs for the functional areas of human resources. • Manages and directs the activities and staff involved in maintaining human resources policies and procedures for one or more projects or departments within a group. • Makes presentations and recommendations regarding new or existing human resources policies. • Responsible for knowing and applying the laws, regulations, and policies concerning Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and related business matters; and for advising and assisting subordinates and management in complying with these requirements. • Directs the maintenance of human resources records and data systems. • Reviews employee changes in status to ensure fair and equitable application of human resources policies and practices.
