**About the Business Line** **Environment**
Our team of environment specialists offers clients expertise in air quality, impact analysis and permitting, environmental health and safety management consulting/due diligence, remediation consulting/engineering and construction/site restoration, specialty and emerging technologies, waste services and water and natural resources\.
**Job Summary** Working in an inter\-disciplinary team, you provide economic analysis and advice on a wide range of policy areas including climate change, forestry, biodiversity, marine, and international financing\.
The role involves project management & delivery, mentoring of junior staff and interaction with the wider business as well as client management and assistance with business generation through tendering and proposal writing\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Expert knowledge in environmental economics \(ecosystem service valuation, social cost\-benefit analysis, etc\)
+ Strong analytical skills: the role will require interpretation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
+ Good quantitative skills: the role may require economic modelling and data manipulation
+ Strong project management and leadership skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of multi\-disciplinary and multi\-cultural teams
+ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills\. The role will demand effective communications and relations with a broad range of colleagues, clients and project stakeholders\.
+ Ability to produce clear and accurately\-written reports
+ Well developed planning and organisational skills
+ Flexibility to work across sectors \(e\.g\. water, forestry, transport, mining, waste\) and clients \(public, private, non\-governmental\), as well as to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and demands
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Masters degree in economics, environmental economics or equivalent _or_
+ Bachelors degree in economics or related area with demonstrated combination of skills, knowledge, abilities and related experience
