Plays a key role in ensuring Project time and budget objectives are met through: + Leading and delivering technical training program as part of the Project Support Team\. + Developing, producing, and distributing various training medium to business end\-users - classroom, - webinars, - videos, - e\-learning modules, - Multimedia presentations\. + Execution of employee training and communication tools for new and existing project support processes and systems\. + Communication of new processes, configuration or functionality to end users as a result of changes requests, department initiatives and projects\. + Creating training strategy and assessing impact on both students and organization + Supporting communication efforts, both written and verbal communications + Obtaining technical data and scheduling programs\. + Using knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services\. + Overseeing and reviewing the development of teaching aids including training manuals, demonstration models, reference materials and visualaids\. + Creating and maintaining standards and templates as well as end user documentation + Establishing curriculum, including course outlines + Creating and managing self\-help documents, including FAQ, Tips & Tricks, Solution Advisor and How To guides for end users\. **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in communications, training & development or related discipline; equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience acceptable\. + Competencies in developing and delivering effective training for adult learners typically associated with 2\-5 years’ professional experience + Proven ability and passion for producing high\-quality training or informational training curriculum and multimedia presentations\. + Proven skills in copy writing, content editing, and multimedia design for presentations\. + Previous experience with ADDIE \( **A** ssess training needs, **D** esign Training, **D** evelop Training, Implement Training, **E** valuate Training and **T** ransition Training – ADDIE\) + Proficient in MS Office Suite\. Working knowledge of multimedia software\. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with various ERP and proprietary software \(CMiC preferred\)\. + Ability to analyze and develop solutions to complex problems and to communicate effectively with diverse groups\. + Able and willing to develop deeper knowledge of various construction disciplines, scheduling, cost control, quality control and engineering drawings\. + Able and willing to obtain working knowledge of company computer systems and software\. + Communication and administration of training programs, including scheduling, registration, logistics and assessments\. **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
