**Job Summary**
**The Opportunity**
We believe the first point of contact with AECOM is critical to building a professional and successful business\. This is an important role within our Hamilton office providing a professional, high quality reception experience and in addition providing administration support that enables the efficient operations of the Office\. Primary functions of the role will be:
+ Act as a first point of contact for visitors to AECOM in Hamilton\.
+ Provide day to day facilities coordination\.
+ Providing high quality secretarial support and assistance\.
+ Database management for the various business lines in the office\.
+ And general administration tasks as required\.
**Minimum Requirements**
**About You**
We are seeking a self\-starter, keen on providing a professional and high quality approach to their work\. To be successful in this role you will need:
+ Previous reception and administration experience\.
+ Confident and friendly, with a professional and polite manner\.
+ Proactive and demonstrate initiative and commitment to the role\.
+ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills\.
+ Good organisational skills\.
+ Advanced Microsoft Office skills\.
+ Oracle or similar experience would be beneficial\.
