**About the Business Line** **Construction Services**
Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs\. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe\.
**Job Summary**
Plan, staff and supervise the construction of all projects assigned, to ensure that safety, profitability,
quality, schedules, and Owner/Architect relationships are all maintained at acceptable levels\.
Provide overall leadership for on\-site field administration, supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of assistants, foreman, subcontractors, and other construction related personnel\. Directing them in planning, coordination and execution of work on time, within budget, attaining or exceeding profit goals, maintaining a safe work place, promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company image\.
A Superintendent is capable of delivering complex projects with the possibility of multiple reporting Assistant Superintendents\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Must have strong interpersonal and influencing skills needed to communicate with the variety of participants involved with a construction project\.
+ The ability to analyze and construct details as indicated on drawings and if necessary, provide/create new methods to implement the work\.
+ 10\+ years construction supervision experience\.
**Preferred Qualifications**
A recognized degree in Construction, an Engineering or construction management discipline or equivalent experience and training\.
