Job Responsibilities/Duties
* Comply with WRPS policies and procedures
* Ensure ISMS Principles are incorporated into organization's activities
* Create and maintain databases used for project tracking and audit purposes
* Monitor budgets and funding requirements
* Assist entry-level Legacy Benefit Plans staff as necessary
* Assist in strategic planning of the Legacy Benefit Plans Organization
* Prepare communication to plan participants
* Interact and provide guidance to participants, actuaries, investment consultants, auditors, and insurance providers
* Assist with contractual deliverables to the U.S. Department of Energy
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 8 years related experience.
Prior Benefit plan administration experience required.
Desired Qualifications
HIPAA and ERISA Fiduciary training preferred.
Knowledge of working with Government entities and political environment related to budgets, funding, and sensitive projects.
