• Minimum seven years of engineering experience, with a minimum two years of experience as a Senior Engineer responsible for the implementation of projects
• Master's degree in related engineering discipline can substitute for up to two years of work experience
• PhD degree in related engineering discipline can substitute for up to three years of experience
• Or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience
• Effective communication skills and the demonstrated ability to perform on and lead both design and construction teams working on civil and environmental engineering projects
• Project management experience, including the development of proposals, project scopes, project budgets and the successful execution and tracking of environmental evaluation and design projects
• Business development experience including the preparation of statements of qualification, presentations to perspective clients, ability to market multi-disciplinary and multi-sector teams
• Must have working knowledge of environmental regulations, such as those related to CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, and CWA (NPDES, SPCC, etc.)
• Experience writing technical reports, agency submittals, proposals and project planning documents
• Experience producing construction bid packages, including drawing sets, technical specifications and contract documents
• This position requires self-motivation, strong commitment to high-quality work performance and excellent planning and communication skills (including technical and writing skills) and the demonstrated ability to work with planning, assessment, design and construction teams
• MS Office and AutoCAD literate
• Valid driver's license required

Job Description: The Environmental Engineering practice of the AECOM Cincinnati, Ohio office is actively seeking an energetic and experienced Project Manager/Senior Engineer for immediate employment.
Successful candidate will lead planning and evaluation, design and construction projects under the direction of Principals in the Environmental Business Line, and reports through the Environmental Engineering Leader. The successful candidate will work with various professionals in the Environmental Engineering practice and the Cincinnati office to implement assigned projects.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Provide senior technical leadership and be responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating technical assignments for other staff members
• Work will include supervising and mentoring staff, data analysis, report writing, other technical activities required for deliverable/project completion and a variety of administrative activities
• Provide high-level management of projects, including maintaining an awareness of budget, schedule and technical goals/status. This also includes understanding the client's needs and maintaining client satisfaction
• Provide both technical and business development services
• While this position will frequently involve work in the office, the ability to spend time in the field is expected
