Minimum Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of production/planning data accumulation and reporting, either in the military services or in commercial applications is required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word required. Experience with other software programs to include Deltek Time Collection system, Outlook and Access strongly desired.
Knowledge of governing programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals or established guidelines. Analytical ability to define problems, collect necessary data and establish facts and to take or recommend action based upon applicable established guidelines.
Must have prior scheduling/Production knowledge.

Job Description: Maintain work scheduling data, work status-to-date, process controls and forecast completions and computations of various tasks on contract units. Prepare transfers, systematize, and preserve both written and computerized communications and records. Gather and distribute information and accounts for stores of materials.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Compile and record production data to compare records and report on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of production, performing any combination of the following duties.
2. Compile and record production data from such documents as the customer order, in shop work orders, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets following prescribed recording procedures.
3. Calculate such factors as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, amount of scrap, frequency of defects, and worker and department production rates.
4. Write production reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats.
5. Maintain files of documents used and prepared.
6. Compile, from specifications, detailed production sheets for use by production workers as guides in assembly, modification or manufacture of products.
7. Prepare written work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities.
8. Compile material inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.
9. Chart production based on statistics compiled for reference by production and management personnel.
10. Provides the Units with scheduling data, status-to-date, and process controls, and forecasts completions and computations of various tasks on contract units.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
