Candidates with the following preferred qualifications will be given first consideration: • Understanding of the COMOPTEVFOR mission and structure. • Program Management experience with Navy contracts/Task Orders. • Provide technical, analytical, and administrative support to Commander, Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR) in the definition, conduct, and analysis of structured Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of the AN/BQQ-10 program (Test and Evaluation Identification Number (TEIN) 0908-08). • Understanding of submarine sonar operations and maintenance. At sea experience. • Ideal candidate is a senior submarine officer with operational experience, who also served in a leadership position at OPTEVFOR. Job Description: AECOM is currently recruiting for a Program Manager to support the upcoming COMOPTEVFOR proposal. Job responsibilities will include * Supervise, coach and lead work teams in the accomplishment of goals and tasks in support of specific programs. * Perform and supervise multi-disciplinary technical and/or non-technical tasks for applicable programs. * Interface with customers to determine specific needs and requirements. * Develop detailed staffing requirements, assignments and plans to meet customer needs. * Estimate personnel needs and schedule and assign work to meet completion dates. * Coordinate the investigation and resolution of operational problems in conjunction with other personnel. * Perform management level customer interface, including responsibility for contractual deliverables, development of responses to the Requests for Quotes and overall task execution. * Develop required technical and management documentation in support of customer technical and programmatic reviews.
