More information on AECOM and its services can be found at www\.aecom\.com\. **About the Business Line** **Environment** Our team of environment specialists offers clients expertise in air quality, impact analysis and permitting, environmental health and safety management consulting/due diligence, remediation consulting/engineering and construction/site restoration, specialty and emerging technologies, waste services and water and natural resources\. **Job Summary** AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Noise Analyst for immediate employment for the Sacramento, CA office\. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects\. The Noise Analyst is responsible for conducting noise analysis, noise monitoring, and modeling of stationary and mobile sources\. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below: + Conducts field studies/ measurements, including hydro acoustic monitoring, and use of noise models + Researches the applicable regulations and current state of the art + Prepares technical reports and sections of CEQA/NEPA documents + Assists with training and technical review of junior staff analyses and reporting Performance criteria for the job are: + Quality and productivity in execution of duties and responsibilities + Completion of project assignments on time and on budget + Demonstrated innovation in developing solutions to projects + Communication and teamwork skills, as exhibited on projects + Successful progression and achievement towards goals set forth at beginning of evaluation period **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Planning, or related field + 7\+ years related experience + Experience in noise modeling and monitoring \(e\.g\., TNM, FAA INM, Caltrans Sound32/2000, SoundPlan, and CadnaA\) and in the preparation of CEQA and NEPA\-related noise and air quality analyses + Detail\-oriented, conscientious, responsive working style + Effective communication with other staff, project managers, and project directors + Ability to work independently and on multi\-disciplinary teams + Excellent communication and writing skills are a must **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's Degree **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
