**Job Summary** The PM/CM Business Line of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Student Intern for immediate employment for the Ontario,CA office\. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects\.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
+ Research and compile project information for reporting, marketing, and funding requests
+ Create and maintain centralized files for project records \(including digital\)
+ Coordinate logistics and meetings for Vice President and Project Managers
+ Attend and take minutes for the development team as requested
+ Help in the preparation of reports, including monthly development reports
+ Assist with community outreach duties as needed
+ Attend neighborhood, community, and project meetings
+ Undertake tasks as may be assigned by the Vice President or Project Managers
+ Have a clear understanding of the budget and assist in the creation of and adherence to project and development budgets
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree
+ Strong problem\-solving skills and consistent attention to detail
+ Manage changing deadlines and work well under pressure for multiple team leaders
+ Work independently and effectively to prioritize multiple tasks
+ Highly organized with excellent time management skills
+ Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
