Minimum Requirements: Minimum Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• Ten years of experience in management of construction projects ($50k to $5M+)
• Ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to motivate and lead multifaceted infrastructure projects within a Department of Energy Facility
• Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be US Citizens
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience in Department of Energy site or other large industrial setting
• Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of WIPP site policies and procedures
• Professional certifications and or registrations a plus.
• Previous WIPP experience

Position Description:
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations of the construction management group in support of the Construction Manager. Duties may include: manage subcontracts, daily reporting on schedule performance, development of work scopes, enforcement of site policies for reports and subcontractors, contract compliance, timekeeping, interface with departmental managers for staff support, promote and enhance a positive Nuclear Safety Culture at all times and support safe and compliant work at all times.
