Knowledge of budgetary, financial public law and DOD/DA/NGB policy and regulatory guidance necessary for the analysis of budget submissions is also required together with ability to coordinate, evaluate and integrate the input of others into a complete and quality product. Position may require travel. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance. Position requires travel and must possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and be able to obtain a GSA vehicle license. This position may require the incumbent to travel within CONUS and requires a flexible 40 hour week. Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance. The candidate shall meet the physical demand rating of light, lifts on an occasional basis a maximum of 25 pounds with frequent or constant lifting of 10 pounds. The contractor shall be proficient in the use of a personal computer and in the use of Microsoft Office applications, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines. Job Description: AECOM is looking for a Senior Budget Analyst to join our team at Camp Atterbury in Edinburgh, Indiana! The position is contingent on contract award. The candidate performs various budget functions involving the formulation, justification, and/or execution of budgets for organizations, programs, or projects. This work requires knowledge and skill in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of budgeting. Serves as budget analyst responsible for planning, developing, coordinating and executing the activities for the Technology Division, budget and assigned reimbursable programs. Work requires a broad knowledge of the concepts, principles, procedures and methods for developing, formalizing, executing and overseeing budgetary actions related to mission operations funded by various sources. Serves as coordinator for the Government Purchase Card activities, maintaining proper documentation and forwarding monthly input to appropriate staff elements at DRM.
