We pride ourselves on ensuring we deliver the best customer service possible to our people while building trust and relationships with all of our constituents\. **Job Summary** **Responsibilities:** + Partner with Business Line Leaders providing professional human resources services + Identify and coordinate the implementation of HR solutions to improve business performance + Maintain HR data integrity + Provide daily HR support to management and work effectively with internal group service departments + Ensure the delivery of HR services is in line with overall HR objectives and business requirements + Drive and participate actively in Employee Engagement activities and initiatives + Perform any other ad\-hoc projects or duties when required **Minimum Requirements** + Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines + Minimum 5 years solid HR operations experience and well versed in HK Labor law and MPF ordinance **Preferred Qualifications** + Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to work in a multinational environment + Self\-motivated, detailed orientated and well organized; pleasant and positive working attitude to work in a team + Capable to work independently with strong sense of responsibility + Proficiency in MS Office \(Word, Excel and PowerPoint\) + Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English **Candidates with less experience would be considered for Human Resources Officer\.** **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
