Minimum Requirements: • BS Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• CCM or PE Registration
• Minimum 20 years of industry-related experience, including 15 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of design and construction methods related to aviation and other facilities related construction projects
• Demonstrated experience as PM or Construction Manager on large scale facilities projects >$100M
• Computer literate in programs such as MS Project, Excel, MS Word and P6 scheduling
• Knowledgeable in design standards and proven track record in performing constructability reviews
• Demonstrated ability to lead high performance teams; strong oral and written communications skills
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
• This position requires successful completion of the AECOM Project Management Certification program within 6 months of date of hire. This certification program is a series of learning modules and is available on-line through the AECOM Learning Management System at no financial cost to the employee.
Job Description: The successful candidate will serve as PM for a large scale (>$100M) aviation project in the Norhwest. Candidate will provide leadership for a team of professionals engaged in the design and construction management of aviation related projects.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Management of design phase activities, cost and schedule/phasing management, constructability reviews, conduct regular client and other stakeholder meetings
• Set up of design review meetings - coordinate all input and comments from design review team
• Coordinate project scheduling and phasing activities
• Coordinate Independent Cost Estimate development and comparative analysis with ICE and A/E cost estimate
• Prepare and submit Constructability Review input from CR team, and prepare and submit monthly progress report to client and other project stakeholders
