**Job Summary** Recruitment is a dynamic, fast\-paced and extremely competitive industry\. As a member of the AECOM Talent Acquisition Team, you will have the opportunity earn whilst you learn, combining on\-the\-job training with specialist recruitment courses that will enable you to progress towards a nationally recognised, professional recruitment qualification and a rewarding career in the industry\.
Your initial responsibilities will include the following:
+ Researching and identifying potential candidates for various roles throughout the company
+ Screening and shortlisting applicants
+ Adding vacancies to the AECOM applicant tracking system and updating applicant statuses
+ Advertising vacancies through various channels \(AECOM website, Social Media, Job Boards etc\)
+ Arranging interviews
+ Initiating the offer process
As part of your role you will need to liaise with various AECOM staff such as:
+ TA Team members
+ HRSS Team
+ Hiring Managers
+ External providers
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to gain people's confidence and easily put them at ease
+ Persuasive, persistent and patient
+ Able to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines
+ Be flexible and adaptable
+ Able to demonstrate strong organisational and administrative skills
+ Ability to prioritise workload
+ Demonstrate strong IT skills \(Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc\.\)
**Preferred Qualifications** Whilst academic qualifications are not essential, applicants will need to demonstrate a high level of literacy and numeracy and will possess good GCSE grades including a C or above \(or equivalent\) in Maths and English
