Requisition Number: FS104133 Interest Category: Business Operations/Admin/IT Interest Sub Category: Administration Job Title : Price-To-Win (PTW) Analyst Employment Category/Status: full-time Type of Position: Regular Hire Country: U.S. State: Virginia City: Chantilly Minimum Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • 5+ years’ of pricing or PTW experience in a Government contractor business development environment • Bachelor’s degree in a related field however Master’s degree in business administration or related field preferred • Proven experience in the planning, development and implementation of PTW and Competitive Intelligence (CI) strategies • Experience in the efficient and effective gathering and analysis of competitive information • Experience in building models or analytics in support of PTW activities • Knowledge of FAR / CAS / Federal Acquisition process lifecycle • Strong written, verbal communications and presentation skills OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong communication skills to interact with and persuade team members and customers • Strong interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills for interacting with bid team members and clients • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Strong ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks • Strong ability to work in a team environment • Experience working deals in the IT market preferred • Ability to adapt and succeed in a changing environment • Ability to produce high quality work products under pressure and within deadlines • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance. AECOM is currently seeking a Price-To-Win (PTW) Analyst to support our office located in Chantilly, VA. The Price-To-Win (PTW) Analyst will report to the Director of PTW and shall be responsible for performing Competitive Analysis (CA) and PTW activities. Successful candidates should feel comfortable working with all levels in an organization and adapt to different audiences in order to achieve their desired results. Note: based on the right candidate, the position may be located in our office in Germantown, MD. Essential Responsibilities: • Responsible for conducting research, analysis, modeling, solution development, preparation of PTW deliverables and recommendations in all phases of the business development lifecycle to include opportunity pursuit, capture planning, proposal development and post-submission activities • Responsible for conducting robust intelligence gathering operations using diverse techniques and developing insightful customer and competitor profiles that drive capture strategies • Responsible for helping to build bid history databases containing cost and pricing data to enhance our CA capabilities • Perform PTW analyses using both tops-down and bottoms-up methods • Work with the business development team to develop pricing strategies to effectively compete for and win profitable work • Conduct assessments of customer budgets, customer award behaviors, competitor cost estimates and competitor pricing strategies • Participate in win strategy meetings, major capture / color team reviews and pricing strategy sessions • Present CA & PTW recommendations across all levels of management • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested EOE M/F/Disability/Veteran
