Job Responsibilities/Duties

* Manage, conduct, and provide management oversight of field operations/maintenance and facility upgrade activities for Tank Farm Nuclear and support facilities.
* Interface with facility customers and support organizations for conduct of work activities.
* Review and approve field operation/maintenance schedules and budget.
* Resolve resource and schedule issues.
* Provide effective progressive performance management of employee issues; respond to employee issues and concerns and resolve, to the extent practicable, bargaining unit grievance issues.
* Plan and oversee assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of field operations/maintenance management systems.
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 12 years of related experience
including 5 years of management/supervisory experience.
Desired Qualifications
Previous DOE experience.
