**Job Summary** AECOM Middle East is currently inviting expressions of interest for a major transport program in Saudi Arabia\. As the Program Manager, AECOM will provide resources, experience, systems process and knowledge to take responsibility for managing all aspects of the Program and Project life cycle stages including the design, construction, commissioning, handover and transition for future legacy phases\.
Package Delivery Manager \(LRT\) responsibilities will include:
+ Demonstrate experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements
+ Thorough understanding of the principles and application of earned value management of projects
+ Strong knowledge of contracts management and procurement;
+ Well versed in the key project execution technologies and systems
+ Leadership skills including technical leadership, human relations, team building innovation and motivation skills
+ Experience in successfully leading project teams
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ The ability to be an attentive and active listener who commands attention and can manage group process during presentations
+ Demonstrate time management and organisational skills
+ The ability to communicate at all levels
+ Demonstrate commercial acumen, and the ability to develop a strong client base
+ Proven results in building teams level of expertise
+ Solid business development skills and the ability to build strong client relationships\.
+ A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline driven team environment
+ Quality and productivity in execution of duties and responsibilities as outlined above
+ Timeliness and accuracy of completing tasks
**Minimum Requirements** Eighteen \(18\) years minimum experience
Middle East experience essential
Minimum five \(5\) years relevant program experience
**Preferred Qualifications** BSc, BEng, BA or equivalent
