**Job Summary**
AECOM are seeking a Civil Inspector to supervise the construction of a Sewage Treatment Plant in Dubai\. The role reports to the Assistant Resident Engineer and will ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications of the client with strict compliance with the Health, Safety & Environment \(HS&E\) requirements\.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Assisting in survey works with modern instruments
+ Keeping site measurement records
+ Identifying non\-conformance works, recommending corrective actions and coordinating responses
+ Maintaining relevant records and generating activity reports
+ Ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects
+ Coordinating with the implementation of projects, ensuring that the performance is in accordance with their respective scope of services and conditions of contract
+ Providing reports and updates to the Assistant Resident Engineers and Project Managers including clients when needed
+ Assisting in the execution, pursuit, assessment and review of future opportunities for project work and consultancy service
**Minimum Requirements** The successful candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in construction and supervision of sewage treatment plant projects as well as the following:
+ Full knowledge of the existing networks in Dubai
+ High level of experience in dealing with existing infrastructure services \+ sewage plants
+ Experienced in survey works using modern instruments
+ Strong verbal and written English communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Diploma in Civil Engineering with sewage work experience
+ Site supervision of STP construction activities
