As the Campus Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the execution, excellence and continuous improvement of programs that encompass all aspects of campus recruiting and early career employee development\. Leveraging your project management skills, organizational and communication skills, you will work with various partners within Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Talent Management and Development, and the business to identify, hire and develop the next generation of technical talent\. You will support the College Recruitment Team by liaising with universities, internal stakeholders, and graduates to support AECOM’s talent development priorities\. You will also be responsible for communications, graphics, presentations, and social media innovation \- this is an opportunity for you to help shape and redefine the understanding of what our industry has to offer\. Key duties and responsibilities will include: + Enthusiasm and dedication to College Recruitment, the future of our organization\. + Managing College Recruitment open job reports\. + Responding to business and college inquiries\. + Managing the College Recruitment inbox and responding to information requests, providing guidance, and educating the business on our college recruitment activities\. + Track and support key college relationships across the geography\. + Crafting engaging job descriptions and job postings as needed\. + Creating charts, tables, graphics, and other content for presentations and communications\. + Identifying and implementing cutting edge ways to continuously promote AECOM to millennials\. + Providing superior customer service and education to our internal clients while executing our college recruitment strategy\. + Ensuring data and job requisition integrity in the Applicant Tracking System \(ATS\)\. + Other duties as assigned\. **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor’s Degree + 3 to 5 years of recruitment or related experience\. + Advanced Excel skills including the ability to create pivot tables, vlookup, and presentation graphics strongly preferred\. + Strong written and verbal communication with a customer service attitude\. + Experience working in a matrixed, multi\-disciplinary environment preferably in architecture, engineering, or other consulting services industry\. + Ability to adapt and be flexible in an evolving business environment\. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple calendars and deadlines\. + Ability to work independently and virtually with team members across the US and Canada\. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Microsoft Project preferred + Ability to generate infographics and content for social media preferred + Prior experience or exposure to creating and implementing communications strategies + Ability to create polished presentations and communications strongly preferred\. + Prior experience with applicant tracking software, preferably Kenexa Brass Ring, strongly preferred **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
