**About the Business Line** **Water**
We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design\-build\.
**Job Summary**
+ Lead, plan, design and direct the function/ sub\-function overall short\-term or medium term strategic and tactical direction as well as operational oversight;
+ Responsible for overall technical design lead of projects, dealing directly with client relationship management and business development;
+ Manage the overall budget;
+ Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team;
+ Project management and contract administration;
+ Bid management and prepare proposals for various water and urban development projects;
+ Manage compilation of technical reports, designs, specifications, drawings and documents;
+ Responsible for financial management of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and that the project stays on schedule and staff are working together effectively;
+ Oversee project development to implementation;
+ Play a key role in client management and client satisfaction\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Minimum 15 years relevant work experience in water and urban development, preferably with experience in infrastructure for township development, water supply and wastewater networks or treatment, flood management;
+ Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
+ Effective project management and business development skills\.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering, Master Degree is an advantage
+ Preferably registered Professional Engineer and Chartered Engineer
