What will you be doing?
Leading the production of training videos for Hunt Construction Group’s Project Support Team\. This position will be responsible for working closely with the Project Support Team to develop, produce, and distribute training videos, e\-learning modules, and multimedia presentations to end users\. Will produce an average of one presentation, per week, at the direction of the Project Support Team leadership\. Example content: “How to produce an RFI”
**Minimum Requirements** Minimum Qualifications:
+ Four year Communications/Media/Journalism related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience preferred\.
+ Background in training and development, proprietary software, or the construction industry is a plus\.
+ Ability to analyze and develop solutions to complex problems and to communicate effectively with diverse groups\.
+ Able and willing to develop deeper knowledge of various construction disciplines, scheduling, cost control, quality control and engineering drawings\.
+ Able and willing to obtain working knowledge of company computer systems and software\.
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite\.
**Preferred Qualifications** What are we looking for?
+ Proven ability and passion for producing high\-quality training or informational videos\.
+ Proven skills in copy writing, content editing, and multimedia design for presentations\.
+ High comfort level both in\-front\-of, and behind, the camera\.
+ Able and willing to follow plans, specifications and company quality standards so that the projects are completed on time and within budget\.
+ High interest in expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity\.
+ Willing to perform additional assignments as directed by superiors or as required for successful project completion
