**About the Business Line** **Environment**
Our team of environment specialists offers clients expertise in air quality, impact analysis and permitting, environmental health and safety management consulting/due diligence, remediation consulting/engineering and construction/site restoration, specialty and emerging technologies, waste services and water and natural resources\.
**Job Summary** AECOM’s Environment team is looking for expressions of interest for the position of Environmental Manager on a major project in the Regina area
Key Activities:
• Coordinating medium to large environmental assessments and related ecological management and planning projects, mainly for the infrastructure, mining, and oil and gas industries
• Coordinating multi\-disciplinary teams in undertaking baseline data and sample collection programs and impact analysis, including providing direction and guidance to team members and to junior support staff
• Working directly with clients and regulators
• Participating in engagement and consultation activities
• Writing and synthesizing baseline and impact assessment reports, and regulatory deliverables and applications
• Business development, including assisting with or managing the preparation of proposals
• Implementation of Wetland Policies
**Minimum Requirements** • Bachelor degree \(or higher\) in biology, ecology, environmental science, natural resource management, or equivalent discipline
•
**Preferred Qualifications** • Minimum 8 years’ related experience in the development, implementation and audit of an IMSES for large scale complex projects\.
• Membership in a professional association
• Experience as a lead auditor using ISO 14001
• Working knowledge of the environmental assessment process, including an understanding of provincial and federal EA legislation
• Experience in conducting and coordinating various aspects of environmental assessments
• Ability to work in a team environment, including interacting with biophysical and socio\-economic disciplines
• Effective writing skills and excellent communications skills
• Available for travel out of town and out of Province
