Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 5-7 years' experience or combination of education, certifications and specialized industry experience (subject to the Government Contracting Officer granting a waiver).
This position will require travel - 40%.
Candidates should have
• CTS Certification
• Experience in configuration and administration of Polycom RMX, CMA, DMA, RPRM, VBP, RSS, HDX 8000 endpoints, Real Presence Platform.
• Experience with AMX coding of AMX video switchers and AMX touch panels
• Experience with VBrick 9000 (or equivalent) video encoders for multicast web streaming internally and publicly via Akamai (or equivalent) CDN.
• Experience with VBrick VEMS or REV server install and configuration
• Working knowledge of networking, Windows OS, LDAP authentication, SNMP configuration
• Working knowledge of the DMZ architecture as it relates to VTC
• Working knowledge of conference room AV systems
It is desirable that candidates have:
• Polycom Certified Videoconferencing Engineer (PCVE) certification
• AMX Solutions Master (ASM) or AMX ACE Programming Expert (ACE-P) Certification
• Skill in Videography, Lighting, Video Editing, Enterprise Video Editing Tools
• Experience with Cisco WebEx
• Experience with AMX Digital Signage Express software and hardware
• Experience running AV for live events in house or on the road
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities

Job Description: AECOM is seeking Polycom VTC/AV Engineer / Administrator that can provide technical support of the extensive and growing Polycom VTC and AV infrastructure supporting a Federal Government Agency.
This position will be required to travel to Regional Offices and Re-commission systems, interface with the local IT specialists (both Federal Staff and Contractor staff) and provide training to the support staff and users.
The selected candidate will be a resource for our project, the duties include:
• Travel to Regional Offices
• Recommission regional office AV VTC Systems
• Evaluate
• Test
• Document
• Repair
• Administration of Polycom VTC infrastructure including maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting
• Administration of AMX environment, including coding for touch panels, controls of AMX 3155 switchers, Master NI Controllers and DGX switchers
• Creation of detailed wiring, schematic and logical diagrams of conference room and large venue build-outs
• Documentation of all facets of both VTC Infrastructure and AV Conference/Large Venue Rooms
