Candidate should have: • Experience in leading a team of 7 to 10 employees. • Excellent customer support and problem solving skills • ITIL V3 certification highly desired • Knowledge of Federal Government Asset governance and procedures • Strong plus having experience with Delphi May be required to work evenings and weekends. Participation in a 24x7 on call rotation may be required. May be required to travel to SEC locations and data centers (<10% travel required) U.S. Citizen or have legal right to work in the USA without sponsorship (Agency check will be required for this position) Job Description: AECOM is seeking an Asset Management Manager join our team and support a large government agency's capabilities in Washington, D.C (Union Station / Red Line). Responsibilities: Ensure all assets and peripherals are properly received and safely and securely stored in designated areas Compare shipment against the shipping manifest/bill of laden Compare items received against the packing slip Affix barcodes and RFID tags to assets Enter assets into ITSM and Asset Manager (RFID) Work with OIT AMB staff to ensure Fixed Asset Worksheets are completed for Capitalized and Expensed assets Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule Weekly Expanded Telework remaining inventory Weekly inputs for the AECOM report that is delivered to the client Monthly Shipping Report Monthly Delphi Reconciliation Report Monthly IMAC with COR Reports Ad hoc reporting – usually three per week with data from multiple sources requiring knowledge of vlookups using MS Excel or importing tables into MS Access and developing queries Maintain the on-hand inventory for both assets and peripherals Provide input when the thresholds for reordering and the reorders amounts need to be adjusted Ensure daily reports are delivered to the customer that identify items below and/or nearing reorder thresholds Conduct inventories of AMB storage spaces to ensure the accuracy and completeness of both ITSM and the daily on-hand inventory spreadsheet Release assets to customers within specified timeframes The customer is the Service Desk for SP, Regional Offices, and project teams Ensure each release has a ticket Ensure all released assets are linked to the corresponding ticket Ensure all asset records are accurate and complete in ITSM and assignments are updated in Asset Manager (RFID) Asset Disposal Ensure all incoming assets from customers for disposal are linked to a ticket Safely and securely store the assets in the designated disposal area Palletize and shrink wrap assets and generate a packing list for each pallet Notify OIT AMB when enough assets/equipment are ready for disposal Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all SF-120 for all assets and peripherals Ensure all assets are retired/deactivated in both ITSM and Asset Manager (RFID) Work with OIT AMB to ensure Fixed Asset Worksheets are completed for capitalized and expensed assets tracked in Delphi Participate in the annual Capital Asset Inventories by generated all reports and conducting the data analysis to identify the status of all assets being inventoried Wall-to-Wall inventories Develop the inventory plan and conduct a full physical inventory of all assets tracked in ITSM Provide final reporting of the inventory results About AECOM With nearly 100,000 employees — including architects, engineers, designers, planners, scientists and management and construction services professionals — serving clients in more than 150 countries around the world following the acquisition of URS, AECOM is a premier, fully integrated infrastructure and support services firm.
