**Key Responsibility Area & Description**
1\) Planning
>
Work with the EHS Advisor and EHS Lead to develop strong EHS professional skills\. Assists in the development of EHS strategies and implements corporate initiatives focusing on safety\. Act as a resource providing EHS support for line management and personnel within assigned area\.
2\) Organizing
>
Develop/Implement EHS procedures for successful project completion\. Support, develop and deliver; EHS training\. Implement and communicate all necessary EHS strategies within assigned area\.
3\) Monitoring
>
Conduct routine EHS inspections \(formal and non\-formal\) within assigned area of responsibility\. Monitors EHS performance, data/statistical reporting and trends for possible impacts on EHS performance\. Audit processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and consistency\.
4\) Leadership
>
Work with EHS lead and line management to develop a culture that truly believe in the goal that “all incidents can be prevented”\. Influences others through consistent model management: “walks the talk” philosophies, solid business fundamentals and sound ethics\.
