Position Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support as a Records Coordinator. Duties will include management and control of work control documents in support of the Work Control process at the Waste Isolation Pilot Project (WIPP) in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Work will include, but not be limited to, post completion records review and closeout in the Champs computer maintenance management system, general filing and records retrieval, update of the Champs system based on approved change documentation, customer service counter support and interface with other support organizations such as Maintenance, Quality Assurance and Engineering.
