We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public\- and private\-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States\.
**Job Summary** Our London Project Management business unit continues to grow to service the Commercial office, Residential, Health markets where it has successfully secured positions with many high profile clients and some of the largest projects and programs in the industry\. As a direct result if this growth it is currently seeking a full time Project Manager with the following
requirements\.
As Project Manager you will be entrusted to work on a range of small but more challenging projects, ranging from £5m to £20m project or as part of a project management team undertaking discreet tasks on a large/major project, £20m upwards, under the general guidance of an Senior Project Manager/Associate/Director
Working within the team you will work alongside the Senior Project Manager to help deliver the PM services efficiently and effectively

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
+ Public \(Health\) & Private Sector \(Commercial Fit\-out, Residential\)\.
+ Planning & Programming skills
+ Chairing and minuting Project Team Meetings
+ Leading Steering Group Presentations
+ Managing Change Control
+ Process Setting Project Strategies
+ Contract Administration
**Minimum Requirements**
+ 2 \- 5 years Proven project management experience in a professional environment\.
+ Worked on a variety of project types / sizes / sectors
+ Experience of working Private & Public sector clients
+ Excellent interpersonal skills \- written and oral
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Professional Qualified – Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Degree
+ Gained or Working towards Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution
+ APM affiliation preferred \(as secondary accreditation\)
+ Prince 2 or MSP experience
+ CSCS card
Start Date for Applications \- 5th June 2015

Salary Range \- £30,000 \- £40,000
