Candidates must have: • Experience with Symantec Clearwell eDiscovery Platform. Candidates should have: • Experience administrating and supporting Microsoft Windows server 2008/2012 in a large physical and virtual infrastructure • Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 • Experience with VMWare virtualization administration and tools • Experience architecting, deploying, integrating an eDiscovery platform • in-depth knowledge of email archival systems messaging systems, system administration and architecture expertise • Understanding of and experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Able to work independently with high level of initiative and excellent troubleshooting skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to a large audience It is highly desirable that candidates have: • Experience administering and supporting Symantec Enterprise Vault (eVault) • Experience using VBS or Powershell • Microsoft Exchange Architecture and implementation • Experience using VMware vSphere console and a firm understanding of virtualized infrastructure concepts • Architectural level Experience With Multi Site DAG and Exchange stretch cluster technology for Exchange disaster recovery and ancillary messaging components; • Full understanding of DNS, WINS, DHCP and LDAP compliant directories • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities • Previous experience supporting a Federal Government Agency Highly Desired Certifications: • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCSE, MCSA, MCP), • ITIL foundations • Federal IT Security Professional Certification or CISSP All candidates must be U.S. Citizen or have legal right to work in the USA without sponsorship (Agency check will be required for this position) Participation in and oversight of a 24x7 on call rotation may be required. The position may require occasional weekend work and occasional after hours work when required. A successful candidate must be willing and capable of performing hands on remote access management activities and be responsible for those support activities within the team. Job Description: AECOM has an immediately opening for eDiscovery Architech / Engineer with a strong background in support of the Symantec Clearwell eDiscovery Platform. This architecture/engineering role will act as an engineer/system administrator in support of the implementation of the Clearwell product as part of the agencies CAPSTONE compliance project. This position covers work that is highly complex and varied in nature and would be recognized as an expert within this discipline, providing strategic direction, guidance and integration of products and services. Recommends enterprise wide standards, guidelines, and procedures for server /equipment or may recommend the enterprise wide server technical maintenance changes, including the redesign of infrastructure components. Provides consultation services to our government client and is a key contributor to solving difficult technical problems with domain expertise. Provides new hardware specifications and configuration recommendations to customer based on application needs and anticipated growth installs new servers and maintains the server infrastructure. Assists with technical planning, internal and external reporting of analysis to support project decision making. Provide technical expertise and advice to various areas of the enterprise in the development of information technology solutions and in support of Tier 2 and 3. Responsible for documenting solutions to problems as needed. The position will also require occasional weekend work as part of a formal change control process and occasional after hours work to respond to any issues when required. A successful candidate must be willing and capable of performing hands on remote access management activities and be responsible for those support activities within the team. In this role you will be responsible: • To provide expertise in the design, installation, configuration, and operational support of Symantec Clearwell eDiscovery Platform • To provide expertise in integrating Clearwell with Exchange, Symantec Enterprise Vault and other applications if necessary including: Blackberry, Airwatch, Microsoft Lync, Right Fax, and other unstructured data sources • To provide expertise in ushering Clearwell through the System Development Life Cycle and creating required system design documentation • To provide expertise in configuring Clearwell for high availability and failover • To create standard operating procedure documentation for maintaining and troubleshooting Clearwell as well as for best practices for its use • To assist in implementing and maintaining Compliance, Capstone and email Records Management requirements.
