Experience in leading a team of 20 – 25 deskside techncians Must have experience in a focused customer service environment and demonstrated skill in supervisory roles as a part of a management group in a Desktop Support team. Excellent customer support and problem solving skills 2 years of asset management experience related to an active deskside team. ITIL V3 certification highly desired Knowledge and troubleshooting skills in the Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, mobile devices, printers and other applications May be required to work evenings and weekends. Participation in a 24x7 on call rotation may be required. May be required to travel to SEC locations and data centers (<10% travel required) U.S. Citizen or have legal right to work in the USA without sponsorship (Agency check will be required for this position) Job Description: AECOM is seeking a Desktop Support Manager to join our team! Work location is based downtown Washington DC near Union Station (Metro Red Line).
