**Job Summary** Als erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden umfasst Ihre Tätigkeit die Projektsteuerung von Hochbauprojekten \(vorwiegend Industrie\- und Gewerbebauten\)\. Sie sind hierbei für die erfolgreiche Abwicklung der Projekte und für die Steuerung der Planer und Bauunternehmen verantwortlich\.
Die Einhaltung der Projektziele und die Zufriedenheit des Auftraggebers sollen gleichzeitig auch die Grundlage für die Akquisition neuer Projekte bilden\.
Zu den Aufgaben gehören:
• Projektsteuerung von der Anfangsphase bis zur Übergabe an den Nutzer
• Abstimmung der Projektziele, \-struktur und Vergabestrategie mit dem Kunden
• Definition des Zeit\- und Kostenrahmens
• Definition des Leistungsumfangs der Projektbeteiligten \(Planer und Bauunternehmen\) und die Vorbereitung der Beauftragung
• Fortlaufende Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität
• Koordination von Leistungsänderungen, sowie Risikomanagement
• Regelmäßiges internes und externes Berichtswesen
**Minimum Requirements** • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Sie verfügen über mindestens zehn Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung von Bauprojekten
• Sie haben einschlägige Kenntnisse im Vertrags\- und Vorschriftenwesen und ein ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein
• Sie können ein Projektteam mit Ihrer Kompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke motivieren
• Sie haben eine große Beratungsaffinität und gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS Office und MS Project
• Eine Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit setzen wir voraus
• Sie verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
**Preferred Qualifications** Mindestens zehn Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung von Bauprojekten
