More information on AECOM and its services can be found at www\.aecom\.com\. **About the Business Line**  **Water** We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design\-build\. **Job Summary** AECOM’s Denver Metro Area office has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Project Administrator to support multiple project teams\. The Project Administrator will work closely with project managers, project team members, accounting staff, and operations staff on a diverse range of projects from project set up through project close out\. The Project Administrator will assist program and project managers, interact with subcontractors on general questions or inquiries and ensures that project billing and reporting deadlines are met\. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: + Preparation of project profitability and cost estimating worksheets for proposals + Coordinate signature of contracts + Preparation of Work Authorization forms for new contracts and modifications, including routing for review/approval and submitting to accounting + Assist with setting up subcontracts, subcontract work orders, and preparation of purchase requisitions; including coordination of signatures + Track expenditures + Process project invoices from review of draft invoices for consistency with contract requirements and rates through follow up on accounts receivables + Participate in project kick\-off meetings, project team meetings, client meetings, and operations meetings as needed + Process job cost transfers \(labor and non\-labor\) and revenue adjustment requests + Close out projects **Minimum Requirements** + Experience with application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in assisting Project Managers with administrative and financial aspects of projects + Experience reviewing project invoices for consistency with contract requirements and rates + Must possess professional level competency with Microsoft Office Suite + Must be able to create and manipulate worksheets to set up and track project budgets + Must be able to retrieve project reports and invoice back\-up data from web\-based project finance and accounting systems + Complete web\-based and electronic forms + Possess effective verbal and written communication skills + Have mature interpersonal skills in interacting with a diverse range of personalities and staff levels + Ability to prioritize work, manage time, and meet weekly accounting deadlines while managing multiple tasks is a must + Valid Driver's License + Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre\-employment substance abuse test **Preferred Qualifications** + Prefer candidates with experience working within architecture, engineering or construction \(AEC\) industries as a project administrator or a project accountant **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
