**Job Summary** As a Recruitment Intern at AECOM you will work with the Senior Recruiter and the regional HR team to source candidates, screen prospective employees, post requisitions and place job advertisements\.
You will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Specialist in full life\-cycle recruitment efforts for all positions\.
In detail:
• Produce accurate job descriptions and relevant request forms and adhere to coporate standards
• Screen prospective candidates
• Schedule and organise interviews with suitable candidates
• Ensure AECOM presence on relevant job boards, AECOM website and publications and effectively manage the AECOM integrated career portal
• When required, search social media channels for candidates and contact them regarding roles
• Maintain applicant files, appropriate records and statistics
• Develop a highly qualified candidate pool through networking, attending trade specific events, liaising with new/existing employees regarding known contacts etc\.
**Minimum Requirements** • Strong interest in learning all aspects of recruiting; prior experience a plus
• Knowledge of or willingness to quickly learn resourcing methodologies
• Proactive approach with the abilitiy to identify ways to improve current processes
• Ambitious, flexible, driven, a team player and well\-developed communicator
• Technically savvy and experienced; interest and familiarity with social media, the internet and online tools
• Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Experience working with \(recruitment\) databases or ability to learn quickly
• Organised, able to prioritise workload and multitask
• Fluent / native German language skills and very good standard of English required
**Preferred Qualifications** First experience with HR / Recruitment \(as an intern\)
