Minimum Requirements: Minimum Requirements:
1. High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
2. Three years of experience as a maintenance electrician in an industrial, logistics, or large commercial facility, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Ability to work at heights at or above 30 feet.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Maintain a current Washington electrical journey license.
2. Associate’s degree in industrial electrical or a related skilled trade.
3. Two years of experience troubleshooting and repairing 480V 3 phase.
4. Two years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues on cranes and hoists.
5. Experience troubleshooting and repairing VFD’s.
6. Experience using Siemens’s Switchboard PLC’s.
7. Experience troubleshooting and repairing CAT generators \ Intelliswitch
8. Experience troubleshooting and repairing CES\Wesco Cranes and Gorbel Cranes

Physical Requirements:
• Requires the ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Requires the ability to regularly climb extension ladders, roof ladder, stepladders, and stairs at least 10 times during shift.
• Requires the flexibility to bend/stoop, squat repetitive during shift.
• Requires the ability to regularly kneel repetitive for shift.
• Requires the ability to move in a 90-degree fashion on a repetitive basis for shift.
• Requires the ability to stretch/reach on a repetitive basis for shift.
• Requires the ability to walk extensively throughout the plant during shift.
• Requires the use of a Company/Client approved utility knife.
• Requires the ability to differentiate colors pertaining to wire color-coding.
• Some tasks will require repetitive wrist movement.
• Requires the ability to interact with all clients in a professional and friendly manner despite periods of stress.
Special Requirements:
• Wear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
• Cope with demands (stressors) that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable levels of performance and overall contribution are maintained.
Job Description: URS, an AECOM company, is seeking a 1st shift Industrial Electrician III in Spokane, WA! Typical work schedule is Monday-Friday; hours may vary based on business demand.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing a variety of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, reactive calls and building tour duties for all equipment that provides normal and emergency electric power in the facility. Maintain electrical wiring system and components in accordance with the provisions of the National Electrical Code. Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and systems such as lighting, motors, motor control centers, PLCs, pumps, dock doors, overhead cranes, conveyors, rooftop exhaust units, cooling towers, etc.
