**About the Business Line** **Water**
We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design\-build\.
**Job Summary** **Role Overview**
AECOM is seeking to engage 2\-3 undergraduate students to assist in conducting a waste audit on kerbside waste and recycling loads\.The audit will be conducted over a period of 10 days, working from 7am to 3\.30pm including breaks\.
The start date is 9/6/2015 and the hours worked would be recordable against engineering work experience required as part of an engineering degree\.
The casual work will involve receiving and sorting collected waste and recycling samples at the audit site, weighing the fractions, and recording information\. The work will be outside\.AECOM will provide training and PPE including long sleeve high visibility shirt, gloves, protective glasses, UV protection including a hat, hearing protection and dust masks if required\.
Students would have the opportunity to work with a consulting engineering company and understand how a consulting project is managed\.
**Minimum Requirements** **Minimum Requirement:**
+ Candidates must hold current and up to date vaccinations against Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B and Tetanus, and provide evidence of such on application\. Please note that due to the timing of the position, new vaccinations will not meet the inoculation timeframe for protection\.
